For the comfort, peace of mind, and safety of our guests, we have established the following Guest Stay Regulations
We kindly ask you to read these regulations before making a reservation. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions governing the rental of the cottage and the rules of stay at our resort.
- These Regulations set out the rules governing the provision of services, liability, and conduct on the premises of Słowińskie Tarasy Resortand constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded at the time a reservation is made.
- The subject of the agreement is the short-term rental of a holiday cottage located within Słowińskie Tarasy Resort.
- By making a reservation, the person making the reservation confirms that they have read these Regulations, accept their terms and conditions, and thereby become a Guest.
- These Regulations have been established by DaKu Press Jakub Kwieciński, with its registered office at ul. Kolska 9a/113, 01-045 Warsaw, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8381708058, hereinafter referred to as the Manager.
- These Regulations apply to all Guests staying at Słowińskie Tarasy Resort.
- The Regulations are available for review in each cottage and on the resort's website at www.slowinskietarasy.pl.
- Reservations can only be made through the Manager’s online booking system available on the property’s website at slowinskietarasy.pl or through authorized partner booking platforms.
- For reservations made through the Manager’s booking system, the reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total stay value. The deposit must be paid within 30 minutes of making the reservation. This provision does not apply to group bookings, for which reservation terms are agreed individually.
- The full payment for the reservation must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
- Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the stay, or if the stay is shortened after arrival, the Manager will not refund any payments received. This provision does not apply to group bookings, for which cancellation terms are agreed individually.
- Non-Refundable Rate – The Guest is required to pay 100% of the stay amount in advance upon confirmation of the reservation. No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation or failure to arrive. This option is typically offered at a lower rate but remains non-refundable at every stage after the reservation has been made. In the event of cancellation, the Property retains the full amount paid (unless the Property, at its sole discretion, decides to offer more flexible terms). In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged in accordance with the selected rate plan.
- A valid photo identification document is required for check-in. If the Guest refuses to present such a document in a manner that enables identification and registration, the Manager is obliged to refuse to issue the cottage keys.
- Visitors who are not registered guests of Słowińskie Tarasy Resort may stay in the cottages as visitors between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The presence of unregistered persons after 10:00 p.m. shall be deemed the Guest’s consent to their paid accommodation. An additional fee of PLN 100 per person per night will be charged for each such person.
- During the stay and after its completion, the cottage may not be rented, sublet, transferred, or otherwise made available by the Guest to any third party.
- The Manager reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a Guest who has seriously violated these Regulations during a previous stay.
- By making a reservation, the Guest consents to the processing and storage of their personal data in the Manager’s database. Such data will be used solely for the purpose of completing and administering the reservation process.
- Cottages are rented for a minimum of two nights or for other minimum stay periods determined by the Manager.
- The accommodation period ("hotel day") begins at 3:00 p.m.on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Requests to extend a stay should be submitted by phone, email, or in person. Approval of such requests is subject to the Manager’s operational and logistical availability.
- Guests have the right to submit comments, suggestions, or concerns regarding their stay to the Manager or the staff of Słowińskie Tarasy Resort, and to receive necessary assistance and support.
- Remaining in the cottage or leaving personal belongings in the cottage after 10:00 a.m.on the day of departure shall be treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest vacates the cottage after 10:00 a.m., the Manager reserves the right to charge for an additional night according to the current price list.
- Children under the age of 18 must remain under the continuous supervision of their legal guardians while on the premises of Słowińskie Tarasy Resort. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children under their care.
- For fire safety reasons, the use of portable heaters, electric radiators, irons, or any other electrical appliances not provided as part of the cottage equipment is prohibited. This restriction does not apply to chargers and power adapters for electronic or computer devices.
- Whenever leaving the cottage, Guests should, for safety reasons, switch off lights, turn off water taps, and ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked.
- The Manager provides each Guest with one cottage key (including a key fob) and one gate remote control. In the event of loss, the Guest will be charged PLN 200for the key/key fob and PLN 300 for the gate remote control.
- Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products, and similar products is strictly prohibited inside all cottages. Frying fish inside the cottages is also prohibited. Violation of this rule shall result in a charge of PLN 1,000, which the Guest agrees to pay to cover cleaning and odor removal costs.
- Lighting open fires or using barbecue equipment is prohibited outside the areas designated by the Manager.
- Persons who fail to comply with fire safety regulations may be subject to penalties under applicable criminal and misdemeanor laws.
- Any defects, damage, or maintenance issues found in the cottage should be reported on the day of arrival. Failure to report such issues shall be deemed confirmation that no defects or damage were present upon check-in.
- Guests are fully financially liable for any damage to the cottage or its furnishings caused by themselves or by persons visiting them. All damages will be assessed and settled at check-out based on an evaluation prepared by the Manager.
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
- Guests may not rearrange, move, or transfer furniture or equipment within a cottage or between cottages during their stay.
- Waste and rubbish must be disposed of in the designated waste containers located in the common areas of the resort.
- The Manager shall not be liable for circumstances, failures, disruptions, or their consequences that are beyond the Manager's control.
- The Manager shall not be responsible for valuables or personal belongings left by Guests in the cottages or elsewhere on the property.
- Items left on the property by Guests after the end of their stay will not be stored by the Manager.
- Parking spaces provided for Guests on the property are free of charge and unguarded. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
- The Manager offers Guests access to a sauna. This service is subject to an additional fee, and its use is governed by a separate set of rules, the Sauna Regulations, which are available for review on site.
- Dogs and other domestic pets are permitted at Słowińskie Tarasy Resortonly with the prior approval of the property and upon payment of the applicable pet fee.
- Pets are not permitted to use beds, bedding, or blankets provided by the resort and must not be left unattended in the cottage.
- Pet owners are fully financially responsible for any damage caused by their animals and are required to ensure that their pets do not disturb the comfort and relaxation of other Guests.
- Pet owners are required to walk their pets outside the resort premises for toileting purposes and must immediately clean up and properly dispose of any waste left by their pets on the resort grounds.
- Any comments, concerns, or complaints regarding accommodation or other services provided by the Manager should be submitted as soon as possible after the circumstances giving rise to the complaint are identified.
- The submission of a complaint shall not affect the scheduled dates of the stay or the Guest’s payment obligations.
- All complaints will be reviewed individually. The Guest submitting the complaint will be informed of the outcome and proposed resolution in writing or by email by the Manager.
- Complaints may be submitted by email to slowinskietarasy@gmail.com. The Manager undertakes to respond within 7 days of receiving the complaint.
Payments made by payment card are processed by PayPro S.A., acting as the payment service provider, with its registered office at ul.
