Sellin House
Sellin House is our youngest creation – the one that required the most care and attention, and perhaps for that very reason, it has become our pride and joy. Surrounded by pine and oak trees, with large windows opening onto the forest, it allows you to immerse yourself in nature from every angle. Here, nature takes center stage.
The layout and size of the cottage are the same as in our other houses. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, while the ground floor features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The upper façade is finished in a warm walnut tone, while the lower part is clad in traditional brick, adding timeless character.
The interior combines light wood with contrasting olive-green accents, creating a calming and exceptionally cozy atmosphere. The kitchen welcomes guests with soft sage tones, rustic tiles, and a large family dining table beneath an elegant statement light fixture, making it the perfect place for long meals and shared moments.
The living room features a distinctive olive-green sofa that can be converted into an additional bed. A stylish coffee table, projector, and speaker complete the space, making it ideal for cozy movie nights or relaxing with music throughout the year.
A beautifully crafted ash-wood staircase leads to the upper floor. The master bedroom offers a large bed with dark green upholstery, wooden bedside tables with lamps, and a rustic wardrobe. From the comfortable armchair, guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden. Surrounded by mature trees, it feels as though you are sitting among the treetops, accompanied by the sound of birdsong.
The second bedroom, although smaller, is bathed in the morning sun. It features two single beds that can easily be joined into one large bed, as well as a spacious wardrobe.
Outside, a generous terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax, while a hammock gently sways between the trees. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the pace of everyday life.

Jasmund House
Jasmund House, decorated in bright, airy tones, is one of our guests’ absolute favorites. Whether it is the light oak façade, the whitewashed brickwork, or the fresh coastal atmosphere of the interior, it is hard to say. What we do know is that it has many devoted admirers.
With a living area of 69 m², the cottage offers the same spacious layout as our other houses. The ground floor features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, while upstairs you will find two generous bedrooms.
Upon entering, your attention is immediately drawn to the white rustic flooring. Soft shades of blue combined with light, natural colors create a bright and relaxing atmosphere throughout the house. The kitchen centers around a large white dining table surrounded by blue chairs. The table can be extended, making it perfect for family meals and gatherings. Rustic tiles and charming cabinetry complete the coastal-inspired design.
The living room features a comfortable light-colored sofa that converts into an additional bed. A rustic coffee table adds character, while a stylish cabinet equipped with a projector and speaker provides everything needed for cozy movie nights or relaxing evenings indoors.

From the window, guests can enjoy views of the garden—oak trees to the right, birch trees to the left, and a lush green lawn stretching out in front. Nature has done most of the decorating for us.
The second bedroom, smaller yet equally inviting, features two whitewashed wooden single beds and a spacious white wardrobe.
Outside, a large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture provides the perfect place to unwind. Nearby, hammocks sway gently between the trees, creating an atmosphere where time seems to slow down and relaxation comes naturally.

Arkona House
Arkona House was created for those who enjoy feeling completely at home while on holiday—comfortable, cozy, and relaxed. The Scandinavian-inspired interior brings a sense of harmony and simplicity while remaining timelessly stylish.
The exterior, a combination of rosewood-toned larch timber and traditional Brest castle brick, creates a striking appearance reminiscent of a modern luxury barn.

Hiddensee House
Hiddensee House, set slightly apart from the other houses, offers the greatest sense of privacy and seclusion. We often refer to it as the cottage with character—and for good reason. It is the darkest and most distinctive of our cottages, both inside and out.
The lower part of the façade is finished with dark, partially fire-toned castle brick, while the upper section is clad in larch timber stained in a deep ebony black. The exterior has a stately elegance, but the true atmosphere reveals itself once you step inside.
The interior is bold, sophisticated, and remarkably cozy. The floors are finished in dark waxed oak tones, creating a warm and intimate setting. The kitchen immediately draws attention with its deep navy-blue cabinetry, reminiscent of a stormy sea, beautifully combined with dark wood, Mediterranean-style ceramic tiles, and elegant gold accents. The dining area features a solid wooden table accompanied by black chairs, perfect for long, relaxed meals.
In the living room, the centerpiece is a striking copper-colored sofa, complemented by a rustic coffee table. Opposite, a sleek black media cabinet houses a projector and speaker, creating the perfect atmosphere for movie nights and quiet evenings indoors.
The bathroom continues the dark, refined aesthetic. Its standout feature is an illuminated shower wall finished in rich navy tones, adding both warmth and character to the space.
A visually light ash-wood staircase leads to the upper floor. The master bedroom features a spacious bed upholstered in deep brown, industrial-style bedside tables, and a black wardrobe. From the pouf by the window, guests can enjoy peaceful forest views—a scene that soothes the senses in every season.

Outside, a generous terrace extends the living space into the surrounding nature. During the summer months, it becomes a natural outdoor room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the forest setting.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, or if the stay is shortened after it has begun, all payments made are non-refundable.
