Modernity and local style - luxury with a touch of rustic

The houses were designed by a respected architect, Jan Machoń, who skillfully combined modernity with the charming character of the region. They are distinguished by large, glazed fronts, brick and natural wood elements on the facade, which emphasize their rustic character and belonging to the region. Huge glazing makes the houses open to the surrounding nature - you can eat breakfast or drink a glass of wine right in the bosom of nature.

Get to know the atmosphere of each home

Each house has a spacious living room with access to a comfortable terrace, an open kitchen with an intriguing design and a stylish bathroom. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms - one with large windows and a balustrade overlooking the terrace, the other with a large window from the entrance to the building. They can also be used as a children's room or an office during remote work. All the houses have the same size and layout of the rooms, but each of them provides a different atmosphere and design. You will notice the differences in the elevation, equipment and interior climate. Each of them is a completely different adventure. Autumn and winter evenings are made more pleasant by a projector with the Netflix package. 

Jasmund.

The Jasmund house is arranged in light, pastel colors. In combination with a white, rustic floorboard, it creates an atmosphere of idyll and peace.

Arkona.

The Arkona house is a kingdom of natural wood broken with blue additions. Here you will feel extremely cozy and comfortable.

Hiddense.

The third house, Hiddense, is distinguished by a darker facade and refined interior design. The original board on the floor, a copper sofa in the living room and a navy blue kitchen with artistic tiles complete the whole and refer to the fashionable modern farmhouse style.

Sellin.

The Sellin house is the youngest of the family. In light oak and beige colors. But green is a color that can be found in every corner of the house. Wonderfully soothes and relaxes.

"The Baltic for the initiates"

The greatest attraction, however, is the nature surrounding our homes. The Smołdziński Forest is said to be the Baltic for the initiates. Wide and empty beaches, a magical sunken forest, the famous Czołpino dunes, the mysterious Rowokół mountain or the picturesque village of Kluku are just a few attractions that make this region hidden between two lakes worth discovering.
